NASC & BiASC are Regional VMware IT Academies helping you to set up your own VMware IT Academy.
Starting your own WMware IT Academy requires the following steps as the VMware Academy coordinator designated by your educational institution:
- Academy Coordinator fills out the NASC/BiASC registration form:

- After registration the Academy Coordinator informs <yvan.rooseleer@biasc.be> and <arie @biasc.be>
- The Academy Coordinator is then granted access by VMware and registers future VMware instructors
- Future instructor completes VMware Academy Instructor Training
- VMware instructor starts teaching VMware courses
What to do in more detail?
- The academy coordinator registers the academy by filling out the online registration form.

- NASC & BiASC will forward your vITA membership details to VMware.
- You will be granted access by VMware within five days after forwarding.
- The academy coordinator then registers local candidate instructors according to the procedure at the following weblink: http://communities.vmware.com/docs/DOC-15017
Every instructor needs to be recorded separately. Before taking training all instructors need to be recorded.
- Completing instructor training is essential to be able to start a student course at your own institution. After conluding Instructor Training from Regional Academy NASC & BiASC authorizes you to teach students classes. You can take the official VCP Certification exam with a discount voucher,but VCP certification is not required to teach student classes.
Apart from in-person instructor training, also remote blended learning using Telepresence and/or Webex or self-study using elearning materials are possible. No VCP voucher is offered in case of self-study.
