Yearly Cisco Academy Access & Support
Networking Academy Licenses & Support Fees
The annual access and support fee grants an institution to implement online learning materials and software. The listed prices are in euros and do not include VAT.
The annual fee for student access varies based on the size of the academy. This fee is charged per site and per educational level.

- CAT A+ LARGE (*) ACADEMY 3250
- CAT B+ MEDIUM(**) ACADEMY 2250
- CAT C+ SMALL(***) ACADEMY 1250
- CAT D SOCIAL ACADEMY 350
- CAT E ENTRY-LEVEL 60
* LARGE 100-250 class participants on one campus
** MEDIUM 20-99 class participants on one campus
*** SMALL <20 class participants on one campus
The following "early" categories only exist for academies who have been members since the beginning of BiASC.
- CAT A LARGE - CCNA ONLY 2750
- CAT B MEDIUM ACADEMY - CCNA ONLY 1750
- CAT C SMALL ACADEMY - CCNA ONLY 750
NetAcad Instructor Membership
Instructor Membership, Professional Development & Accreditation
Instructor active in an existing Cisco Academy
- Annual NetAcad Academic membership per instructor: 30 euro
- New instructor member after 1 september 2024: 60 euro
Educational Membership
Individual instructor or ICT coordinator in an educational institution
- Annual NetAcad Individual & Educational membership: 60 euro
Instructor Training
In certain cases, there is a fee associated with instructor training. The cost for accreditation in Cisco Academy Courses is charged per individual and prices are listed excluding VAT. VAT does not apply when the instructors or institutions are engaged in social, cultural, or educational activities, and if the training is essential within the professional context of the candidate.
