Facilitated by the ETTCS Erasmus+ Project and by Cisco SkillsForAll, BiASC organized a student hackathon with a challenging student final on 20 October 2023. The winning students are from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences based in Geel, Antwerp, Belgium: Bjorn Van Den Dungen and Sooi Vervloessem.
In Antwerp the Hackathon was facilitated by Gunther Van Landeghem en Liesbeth Kenens. In Brussels, it was Guido Van De Velde taking care of the organization. The students in Brussels are from Odisee University of Applied Sciences. In Wallonia the IFAPME competence center of Charleroi took part facilitated by Bob Mulumba.
BiASC is ready to facilitate more student hackathons and takes part intensively with the European Cybercup Challenge by Cisco SkillsForAll.
