Benelux IoE Hackathon Final in Seraing

A well-balanced and multidisciplinary Brussels team, YSA, won the first Benelux Hackathon Final in Seraing. Six teams from Belgium and the Netherlands took part in this new competition.

The winning team from Brussels consists of Business and IT students. During the preparatory hackathon in Brussels based on Smart Shopping Center the team developed a Smart Shopping Cart. The winners will be invited to an international Cisco DevNet Hackathon in the coming months.

All participating student teams were well prepared making it a very exciting final. The team in second place comes from Thomas More Geel in Belgium.
