Here are the steps for a future EMC Academy to start teaching online courses about information storage. The raw course materials are provided by the EMS Academic Alliance. Moreover, a full range of hands-on labsand online tests are provided by skillsAlliance using the Canvas learning environment.

Onboarding process
An agreement between the PREMIUM MEMBER (educational institution) and BIASC (Academy Resource Center) is necessary with regard to professional development, train-the-trainer sessions and programme support.
- Register for an account on EMC Account, EMC’s Enterprise Portal. This account is required to receive your free faculty readiness training (in Video Stream format).
- Click here and select “register” to create and activate an EMC Community Network Account. You must log in at least once to activate your account.
- Request account for Academic Alliance Faculty Community. Account confirmation and details will be sent to you by email within 2-3 business days of request
