This message explains how to download IOS images if your Cisco Academy is participating in the NetAcad Maintenance program and your username is in the list of the participants.
A quick and easy way to download the correct IOS image from cisco.com is to use the hyper-links provided in the ‘Networking Academy Maintenance Image & Hardware Support’ document. After selecting the appropriate curriculum from the opening menu, you will be taken to the list of approved hardware to use for the curriculum labs. You will also find this and additional information in the ‘Networking Academy Maintenance IOS Download Guide’ document.
To review these documents, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Cisco NetSpace at www.netacad.com
- Under the 'Program' tab Click on the 'Equipment information' link from the drop down menu
- In the 'Access Resources' folder scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the 'Equipment Information' link
- On the new page click on 'NetAcad Maintenance' folder, download and review the documents.
